Description
This AI Developer role is part of the Mobility Core and Network Services (MCANS) Organization, supporting AT&Ts Network Testing (ANT) automation framework. The focus is to contribute to the development, enhancement, and application of AI and machine learning solutions for our automated testing, monitoring, and analysis tools targeting 4G/5G network platforms.

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate in designing and implementing AI/ML use cases for network test automation, including anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and intelligent troubleshooting.
Develop, test, and maintain Python-based AI modules that integrate with existing automation frameworks and traffic simulators.
Analyze large datasets from mobility infrastructure tools to extract insights and improve the effectiveness of automated testing solutions.
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to identify requirements, present AI concepts, and iterate solutions with feedback.
Assist in the evaluation and adoption of new AI technologies and open-source tools to improve product efficiency and quality.
Participate in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprints, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
Support Proof-of-Concept projects to expand the teams AI capabilities within the automation testing portfolio.
Ensure AI models and code comply with internal security and quality standards.
Document AI workflows, models, and integration points for future team reference and onboarding.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, machine learning, or automation.
Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and libraries
Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model validation.
Basic understanding of REST APIs and integrating AI solutions into larger platforms.
Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with Linux environments and basic networking concepts.
Interest in mobile telecom, LTE/5G, or network automation (experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn and work in an Agile team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telecom or network testing environments.
Previous internships or projects involving AI in automation or telecom use cases.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices."
