Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management:

Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices
Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies
Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices

Payment Processing:

Schedule and execute payments via bank transfers, cheques, or digital platforms
Monitor payment timelines and ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain records of all payments and transactions

Accounting Support:

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and vendor management abilities
