SummaryAs a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. A typical day may include assessing the current state of business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Your role will require collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met effectively and efficiently, ultimately contributing to the organization's success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.Document business requirements and ensure they are communicated clearly to the development team.Analyze data and trends to provide insights that drive business decisions.Support project management activities by tracking progress and reporting on deliverables.
