Associate III - Data Engineering @ UST

Job Description

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, working with large-scale data systems.

• Proficient in AWS: Hands-on experience with core Amazon Web Services for data processing and storage.

• Python expertise: Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks and workflow automation.

• SQL proficiency: Advanced skills in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, particularly for data migration into Snowflake.

• SDLC knowledge: Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle, especially within Python-dominated ecosystems.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Slang Infrastructure: Prior experience with or interest in learning Slang, a proprietary programming language.

• Airflow (MWAA): Familiarity with Amazon MWAA (Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow) for orchestrating and monitoring data workflows in the cloud.
