Job Description

Strong experience in Active Directory migrations and consolidation projects. -Solid knowledge of Entra ID / Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Hybrid Join, Conditional Access, MFA, etc. -Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. Good knowledge in azure backup operations -Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, and Group Policies. -Experience with enterprise backup solutions for AD (e.g., Veeam, Windows Server Backup). -Experience with AAD Connect troubleshooting, sync issues, and federation (if used). -Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and Zero Trust principles. -Familiarity with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 environments. -Working knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change). Soft Skills: -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex issues. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Strong documentation and process standardization habits. Key Responsibilities: Perform L3-level support and troubleshooting for Active Directory environments. Lead and execute AD migrations (e.g., from 2008/2012 to 2019/2022). * Good knowledge in azure backup operations Manage and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, FSMO roles, and domain trusts. Support and optimize Entra ID / Azure AD, including Azure AD Connect, hybrid identity, and SSO configurations. Implement and maintain AD security best practices, including monitoring, auditing, and privilege management. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align identity infrastructure with enterprise policies. Troubleshoot and remediate replication issues, authentication failures, and policy application problems. Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes (aligned with ITIL). Document architecture, policies, SOPs, and operational workflows.
