Roles and Responsibilities

Provide pharmaceutical care to patients by dispensing medications, counseling on drug usage, and monitoring patient health.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, prescriptions, and inventory management.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans for patients with chronic conditions.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy operations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
