Associate - Sales (Freshers) @ Manipal Hospitals

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Referral Sales team in identifying and building relationships with referral doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
  
• Conduct regular visits to referring doctors and maintain an updated database of referral sources.
  
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure timely admission and smooth service for referred patients.
  
• Track referral cases, maintain logs, and support follow-ups for service feedback.
  
• Assist in organizing doctor engagement programs, CMEs, and outreach activities.
  
• Support the team in preparing daily/weekly referral reports and presentations.
  
• Handle basic queries from referral partners and escalate complex issues to senior executives.
  
• Promote hospital services and specialties to potential referral sources under supervision.
  
• Ensure professional representation of the hospital during visits and events.
  

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to travel locally for doctor and clinic visits.
  
• Basic understanding of healthcare marketing or hospital operations (preferred).
  
• Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting abilities.
  
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn hospital referral operations.
