Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Appian Project Manager with 10-20 years of experience to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Appian projects and leading teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and deliver Appian projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Lead and motivate a team of Appian developers to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Appian platform, including its architecture, features, and best practices.
Proven experience in managing Appian projects from initiation to delivery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems is desirable.
