Handle inbound and outbound calls for healthcare customers

Provide information and support regarding insurance and claims-related queries

Maintain call quality standards and ensure a positive customer experience

Document call details accurately and follow company compliance guidelines

Achieve daily and weekly performance goals

Hsc or graduate in any stream

Minimum six months of experience in a voice-based customer service profile

Excellent english communication skills (verbal and written)

Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Candidates preferred from areas between cst to thane, churchgate to mira road, and cst to vashi
