Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Specialist with 4 to 7 years of experience in testing applications using Cucumber Java Rest API and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can ensure the quality and reliability of our products.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases using Cucumber Java Rest API and Selenium to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test strategies.
  • Identify document and track defects and issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Ensure that all test activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
  • Provide input on functional requirements product designs and schedules.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure that defects are understood prioritized and resolved.
  • Maintain test environments and ensure they are up-to-date with the latest builds and configurations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in testing and quality assurance.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in testing practices and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience with Cucumber Java Rest API and Selenium.
  • Must have domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.
  • Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should have experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Should have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Must have a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Should have a strong focus on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
