Job Summary

With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Your contributions will play a crucial role in advancing our companys mission and positively impacting the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with product objectives and customer needs.
- Design and implement innovative solutions using Facets-Technical expertise to enhance product functionality and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring seamless integration and deployment of product features.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of product enhancements to ensure quality and reliability.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features processes and best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in the Payer domain to inform product development strategies.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on product functionalities and updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for product promotion and customer engagement.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Facets-Technical with proven experience in designing and implementing solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Payer domain with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for candidates with advanced certifications.
