Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Location: Hyderabad / Pune
Experience: 6+ Years (Minimum 3 Years Relevant in ServiceNow ITSM)
Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT and production deployments.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with development standards.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of overall experience in IT, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow ITSM development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and MID Server configurations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to other ServiceNow modules like HRSD, CSM, or ITOM is a plus.
