Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated ,self-driven and customer-focused team members to strengthen the Cloud Architecture & Advisory team at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. SAP Cloud ERP Private is one of the key deployment options for our customers cloud transformation. It provides a comprehensive cloud infrastructure and managed service offerings to our customers as an essential part of the overall Cloud Strategy of SAP.
In this role you will be the primary point of contact for the customer on technical topics and will work closely with internal teams during the sales cycle. You will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for the customer on the SAP Cloud ERP Private topic and its offerings.

What youll build-
- Present in detail technical, security and operational aspects of the SAP Cloud ERP Private Edition and value proposition to the customers
- Conduct detailed technical workshops with customers to define the to-be architecture
- Blueprint customer requirements around HA/DR ,Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks etc.
- Global Supplier Management (Multi-Vendor Environment)
Coordinate and drive regular operational and review meetings
Collects and controls SLA / KPI reporting
Technical SPOC for managed service
Review process for customer engagements
Continuous enablement and training
Capacity and headcount plannin
What you bring-
- 15+ years experience with customer facing SAP Technology Consulting (e.g. Basis Admin, DB Admin, Migrations, Upgrades, Business Continuity, Operations etc.) in large-scale customer environments.
- 10+ years experience with solution design, enterprise architecture and or SAP implementation.
- Experience in a customer facing pre-sales role is an advantage.
- Experience with IaaS Providers (AWS, MS Azure or GCP) and data centers .
- SAP HANA and S/4 HANA technical skills.
- Fluency in English is a MUST, any other language an asset.
- High proficiency in the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions.
- Good understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies etc.)
- Good understanding of operational aspects (Application or Technical) of SAP solutions in a cloud environment.
- Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscaler (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP)
- Ability and willingness to be part of a global team of Cloud Architects.
- Willingness to undertake customer related travel on short notice.
- Experience in Supplier Management and Escalation Management
- High proficiency in customer communications and presentations is required
- Bachelor s / Master s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration required from an accredited university
