Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager - Engineering L2 with 10-15 years of experience in Test Automation to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of test automation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Design and develop automated tests for complex systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot defects found during testing.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation and reports.
- Mentor junior engineers in test automation best practices.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with defect tracking and management tools.
