Job Description

Experience:

Number of Years: 10+ Auto Component / Spare parts Aftermarket sales (Retail) / Channel Management

Functional Experience into Sales Management, Channel Sales, Team management, Strong commercial understanding.


Qualification:

BE/B.Tech - preferably Mech. Engineer

Mandatory MBA -Preferred MBA in Marketing

Engineering graduation is preferred


Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

1. Strong Business & Commercial Knowledge

2. Strong Auto Spare Parts market knowledge

3. Team management

4. Strong interpersonal skills

5. MS office

6. Language: - Along with English Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage.

7. 60%+ Travelling

8. Ability deploy sales targets to team and channel partners.

9. Ability to find innovative ways of selling and promoting new products.


Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:

  1. Achieving assigned annual business plan through sales team and channel partners.
  2. Regular sales MIS and market information to Management
  3. Implementation of business and marketing policies in the region
  4. Training & Development of sales team (Functional and Soft Skills)

Computer/ System knowledge & skills required:

  1. Strong in Excel and Power Presentation Skills.
  2. Basic accounting and commercial knowledge.
  3. Strong analytical mind set
  4. Strong communication skills
  5. Team management skills

JOB ROLE:

1. Deploy sales targets to team, help and guide the team to realize the sales targets by deploying the same to channel partners.

2. 2.Manage a sales team of 5 to 7 Area Sales Managers

3. Daily, weekly and monthly sales review with team to keep track of sales and ensure corrective measures are taken in time.

4. Strong control on receivables and outstanding payments.

5. Identification and appointment of new Channel Partners

6. Ability to manage good relations with channel partners and keep them motivated to participate and deliver high growth objectives in business.

7. Align the team and channel partners actions in line with the strategy of Endurance Aftermarket and operate within business policy of Aftermarket.

8. Keep assessing the channel health and take corrective actions in consultation with management.

9. Implementation of marketing initiatives in the region.
