Hot Vacancy: Team Lead Jewellery Designer (Matrix Software) Fine Jewellery
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 8 years (Must be from Diamond Jewellery Manufacturing Industry)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Jewellery Designer with expertise in Matrix software to head our fine jewellery design team. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with technical precision to develop production-ready CAD designs that meet both client expectations and manufacturing feasibility.

You will be responsible for guiding designers, ensuring quality and innovation in every piece, and translating design concepts into manufacturable fine jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the requirements of clients and design the customized fine Jwelery on Matrix Software / Zedbrush Software .

• Lead and mentor the CAD design team in creating fine jewellery designs using Matrix.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to convert concepts into accurate, production-feasible designs.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, design quality, and brand aesthetics.
• Review and optimize designs for manufacturing accuracy and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in diamond jewellery manufacturing (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Matrix (knowledge of RhinoGold or similar software is a plus).
• Strong understanding of jewellery production processes, materials, and technical details.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Candidate should be NIFT Certified and have experience in bombay based companies and ready to relocate in Surat(Gujarat)
• Immediate Joiners Preferable
