Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and energetic HR Recruiters (Freshers) to join our dynamic HR team.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to build a career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding selected talent.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Shortlist resumes based on job requirements and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and follow up throughout the hiring process
- Assist in onboarding and documentation for selected candidates
- Support HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in HR preferred, not mandatory)
- Freshers (2024 / 2025 pass outs) are welcome.
- Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
Salary:
- 18,000 Take Home per month
