Role & responsibilities

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling international calls, possess excellent (C1-level) communication skills, and be flexible to work in night shifts.


Freshers are not eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US/UK/Other regions).
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while communicating with global clients.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed process KPIs such as call quality, AHT (Average Handling Time), and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
  • Follow all company and client-specific compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Continuously upgrade product, process, and communication skills through regular training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months or more in an International Voice Process (Customer Support / Technical Support / Sales).
  • Communication: Must have C1-level proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts as per business needs.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    • Good typing speed and multitasking ability.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience handling US/UK/Australian clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer experience.
