We are seeking a skilled and proactiveLabVantage Support Specialistto provide technical and functional support for the LabVantage LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LabVantage configuration, troubleshooting, and user support, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of the system across laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for LabVantage LIMS users, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and guidance.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Configure and maintain LabVantage modules, workflows, and user roles based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff, IT teams, and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Support data migration, validation, and integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
• Document support activities, system changes, and user guides for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements where applicable.

Must have skills:

• 7+ years of experience supporting LabVantage LIMS or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of LIMS workflows, sample management, and laboratory processes.
• Experience with LabVantage scripting, Java, SQL, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
