• Seeking a product leader with 10+ years of experience managing and scaling high-performing teams.
• Must have a strong track record in building and scaling SaaS products with complex features and integrations.
• Expertise in Agile, Lean, and hybrid methodologies is essential.
• Should be data-driven, AI-literate, and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities are required to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) is expected.
• A calm, service-oriented leadership style is preferred.
