Job Description
Project Management
- Maintain project trackers and support monitoring of ongoing Oracle HCM initiatives.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project updates and decks for leadership.
- Support testing of new functionalities, enhancements, and Oracle quarterly releases.
- Participate in UAT execution and provide functional feedback.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Act as the first point of contact for HR teams for day-to-day Oracle HCM issues.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and vendors for resolving system queries and data-related issues.
- Provide functional support in requirement documentation and BRD evaluations.
System Operations & Governance
- Manage user provisioning, including enabling/disabling accounts and resolving locked accounts.
- Handle access governance including password resets, role/AOR modifications, and access tracking.
- Support governance by auditing roles, access, and permissions for compliance.
- Document and update SOPs, checklists, and process guides as needed.
Required skills and knowledge:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Human Resources.
- Overall 3+ years and 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR Technology operations, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Good understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance.
- Experience in HDL, data load activities, and role/permission management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
