Writing the Functional and Technical Document of the requirement.
Leading the team on technical queries
Ensuring that the effort taken up by the team is optimal to deliver maximum requirements
Ensuring that the analysis is complete so that there is no gap post production deployment
To ensure that the deployment activities are on time and as per plan
SLA tracking & Experience of managing end to end deliveries of projects
