We are Hiring for Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Thermal Power Plant)

Location- Jabalpur

Experience- 5 to 12 Years


ROLE SUMMARY

An experienced and skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer BTG Area to manage and execute maintenance activities of electrical systems and equipment associated with the Boiler, Turbine, and Generator units in our thermal power plant. The role involves ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Desired Profile

1.Min. 5 years of relevant experience in the electrical maintenance of the BTG area in a thermal power plant (Experience with 250MW BHEL unit will be preferred)

2. Understanding of electrical systems in thermal power plant.

3. Familiarity with switchgear (11kV/3.3kV/415V), protection systems, and auxiliaries

4. Hands-on experience with testing kits for relay testing.

5. Knowledge of power plant safety standards, PTW systems, and regulatory compliance

6. Good communication, analytical, and team coordination skills

KEY FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

1. Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of BTG area electrical equipment such as:

HT/LT motors and auxiliary systems
HT / LT Switchgear
Power and Distribution Transformers
Protection relays
