Job Description
We are looking for Lead Quality Assurance. This position will be full-time and Hybrid Bengaluru.
What Youll Do
- Lead the design and execution of both manual and automated test cases for
- Desktop, web, and API-based applications.
- Analyze requirements and identify high-impact test scenarios for automation.
- Build and maintain robust automation frameworks suited for different types of
- applications and platforms.
- Track, report, and manage defects, collaborating with development teams for
- timely resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product, and
- DevOps to ensure quality across the lifecycle.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Provide mentoring or technical guidance to junior QA members if needed.
- Clearly communicate test strategies, plans, and results to stakeholders.
What You'll Need
Required:
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript, Gherkin or any other programming language.
- Hands-on experience in developing automation frameworks and writing test
- scripts using tools such as Test Complete, ACCELQ, Ready API, Selenium,
- TestNG, Cypress, TESTRAIL, etc.
- Exposure to a range of automation tools for UI, API, and performance testing.
- Experience in creating customized reports and integrating them with test
- management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of test design techniques, QA methodologies, and SDLC
- (Agile & Waterfall).
- Strong skills in database technologies like SQL or PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and hands-on contribution to automation in CI/CD pipelines.
Physical Demands
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
