Role & responsibilities
Handle the customer queries related to policy information, renewals, claims, payments via chat and emails.
Update customer records accurately in the system.
Meet daily/weekly performance metrics.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and insurance data.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent english communication skills (verbal and written both).
Strong problem-solving skills.
Typing speed of atleast 35-40 WPM
Comfortable with fixed night shift.
Comfortable with 5 working days, saturday and sunday fixed off.
HSC with atleast 6 months of experience in a non voice process.
Graduate freshers are also welcome.
