We are looking for "Team Leader Lead Generation" For contractual role (1 year Based on performance extendable).

JD for Team Leader Lead Generation

Flipkart is looking to hire an energetic team leader to lead a team of tele-callers and manage vendors for the selection charter. He/She will report to the program manager and shall be responsible for :

Manage the team and achieve goals of creating qualified leads in a day.

Oversee day-to-day operations.

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Train and coach tele-callers

Act on team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Prepare and present reports to management

Dashboarding skills

Candidate requirements

Min 4 yrs of exp in Cold calling, Inside Sales, Lead Gen experience (preferably eCommerce industry)

Mandatory team handling experience (minimum 1 year)

BI skills (mandatory to have hands-on experience in SQL, Excel)

Language- Hindi Mandatory

Role : Team Leader Lead Generation

Experience: 4yrs to 10 yrs

Qualification:Any Graduate

Job Locations: Bangalore

Sector - E-commerce

CTC - up to 6 LPA
