Position Overview:
We are looking for a Java Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java technologies, proven leadership abilities, and experience guiding a team of developers to achieve project goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and high-performance Java applications.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and code reviews for the development team.
- Drive best practices in software design, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
- Manage project timelines, ensure timely delivery, and resolve technical challenges.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technology evaluations, and system design.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to security standards.
- Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
