Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 9 years of expertise in Data Warehousing ETL and Data Integration. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in PL/SQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage. A background in Finance & Accounting is a plus. The role is hybrid with no travel required and fluency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence needs.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the use of PL/SQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture processes and procedures.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement best practices for data security and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver data solutions that align with business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data management capabilities.
- Support the finance and accounting teams by providing data insights and analytics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in data warehousing and integration.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in Data Warehousing Concepts and Scheduling Basics.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ETL processes and Data Integration techniques.
- Exhibit expertise in PL/SQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage.
- Have a background in Finance & Accounting as a nice-to-have domain skill.
- Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken.
- Adapt to a hybrid work model with a focus on collaboration and productivity.
- Showcase problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data management tasks.
