Job Description
- Architect and develop robust, high-performance applications using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
- Design and implement seamless integration with third-party APIs (GDS, CRS, OTA, Airline APIs) for real-time booking, pricing, and availability.
- Develop and optimize complex data pipelines for structured and unstructured data using ETL, data lakes, and distributed storage solutions.
- Build modular applications with microservices principles ensuring scalability and independent deployment.
- Enhance system performance through load balancing, resource optimization, and faster query handling.
- Implement secure coding practices, manage data encryption, and ensure compliance with PCI DSS and GDPR.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric, business-aligned solutions.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Strong in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and Big Data tools (Spark, Kafka).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiar with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Experience using testing tools (PyTest, Selenium, SonarQube).
- Knowledge of travel APIs, booking flows, and payment gateway integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
