Job Description

    Mega Walk-in Drive at Tech Mahindra 

     

    Work Mode: Work from office(Noida)


    Working Days: 5 days a week | 2 rotational shifts & weekly offs


    Interview Process: Walk in drive at the below mentioned address as soon as possible

     

    Highest Qualification: Under Graduation/Graduation

     

    Good English communication is required.

     

    Salary: Up to 21k (Depends on interview, skills and experience)

    30th Oct 2025 - 1st Nov 2025, 10AM - 3PM

    We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic support team. You'll handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls, providing timely and efficient solutions.

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

    • Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.

    • Provide product/service information and support.
    •  
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
    •  
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
