Tech Mahindra- Hiring for Non Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Non- Voice Process
• Provide Excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
• Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

NOTE: ONLY MUMBAI CANDIDATES CAN APPLY

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Undergraduate degree
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required)
• Candidates with 0-12 months of international voice process experience are also welcome to apply

Shift Requirement:

Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shift, window starts from 12pm to 2:30am (Any 9.5 hours of Rotational shift)
