Immediate hiring SAP CX Consultant for Remote work or Chennai office.Job Title: SAP CX Consultant (Implementation Experience)Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Location: Remote completely
Shift : Saudi shift timingsJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Experience (CX) Consultant with hands-on implementation experience across SAP CX solutions such as SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer), SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, and SAP Sales & Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of customer engagement processes, integration with SAP S/4HANA, and end-to-end project delivery expertise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.510 years of SAP implementation experience, with minimum 23 full-cycle SAP CX/C4C projects.Strong knowledge in one or more of the following:SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud (C4C)SAP Marketing Cloud / EmarsysSAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC / Gigya)
Experience in SAP CPI or other middleware integration tools.Understanding of BTP (Business Technology Platform) capabilities.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.SAP CX certification(s) preferred.Experience integrating CX solutions with non-SAP systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)Knowledge of SAP FSM (Field Service Management) or SAP Analytics Cloud for CX reporting.Exposure to Omnichannel retail, B2B/B2C commerce, or digital marketing domains.Preferred only immediate joiners.
