Job Title: Medical Officer Claims Processing
Location: IBC Knowledge Park, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Department: Central Claims Operations Control Room
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 3,00,000 3,60,000 per annum
About the Role
Were hiring Medical Officers (Claims Processing) for our Control Room team at IBC, Bangalore. The role involves end-to-end medical claim processing with focus on accuracy, coordination, and timely resolution. Youll work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth claim operations and compliance with TAT standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical claims accurately within defined timelines.
- Review and validate claim documents and medical details.
- Coordinate with Branch Offices, LCM, MOS, Investigation, Receiving & Tabulation teams.
- Maintain clear communication and escalate issues as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
Qualifications
- Education: BDS / BAMS / BHMS
- Experience: 02 years (Freshers can apply)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and claim processes.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Details
- Shift 2: 3:30 PM 12:00 AM
- Shift 3: 10:30 PM 7:30 AM
(Rotational weekly offs: 24 Saturdays & Sundays depending on shift)
Work Mode: Work from Office IBC Knowledge Park, Bangalore
Salary Range: 3.0 LPA 3.6 LPA
