Job Description
Position Title: Data Architect
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)
Notice Period: max 2 weeks
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Data Architect to lead the design and governance of our data layer within the Lakehouse environment (Bronze, Silver, Gold zones). You will define integration patterns, enforce standards, and collaborate across teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and design the data architecture across the Lakehouse.
- Define integration patterns, schema strategies, and partitioning methods.
- Design and govern metadata using Unity Catalog, RBAC, and lineage tools.
- Define data integration standards (ETL/ELT, batch, API-based).
- Establish frameworks for data quality, access management, and governance.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Data Engineering, and QA teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in data architecture and Lakehouse principles.
- Knowledge of Unity Catalog, RBAC, and lineage tools.
- Expertise in data governance and quality frameworks.
- Proficient in cloud-based data platforms (Azure, Databricks).
