Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs. Youll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products, ensuring a perfect balance between functionality and visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with various departments to gather and understand software and business requirements.
2. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively demonstrate process flows and design concepts.
3. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
4. Collect user feedback and analyze usability data to suggest design improvements.
5. Demonstrate strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Replit, Cursor, and other design platforms.
6. Apply working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React to bridge design and development.
7. Communicate design concepts clearly and present ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in UI/UX Design or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Replit, Cursor, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and React.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in UI/UX Design or related tools.
- Experience working with design systems and responsive design.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and user testing processes.
