We are looking for energetic and passionate HR Recruiters to join our growing team at AXIS SERVICES.

Who Can Apply
Freshers:
- Graduates or postgraduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Internship or minimum 3 months of experience in any HR consultancy or recruitment role preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experienced Candidates:
- Prior experience in hiring for MNCs, BPOs, Healthcare, or related domains.
- Expertise in handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple hiring requirements effectively.
Compensation Structure
- Freshers / 3+ Months Consultancy Experience: 18,000 (Take Home) + Attractive Incentives
- Experienced Recruiters: 25,000 (Take Home) + Lucrative Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Manage job postings and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for various roles.
- Collaborate with team leaders and hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
