Role & responsibilities
Handle customer calls regarding service related issues.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines.
Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately.
Meet performance targets such as quality, handling time.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interaction.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
Should be comfortable working in rotational(US)shift.
Should be comfortable with 2 rotational week-off and 5 working days.
MUST BE RESIDING IN MUMBAI.
Note:
1. Candidate need to visit the office for training purposes.
2. Needs to have a power back up and internet connectivity of at least 100mbps.
