We are seeking an experienced Python Architect with strong expertise in ML Engineering. The ideal candidate will take ownership of critical components of our product, design scalable ML systems, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires hands-on experience with containerized environments, Kubernetes, and distributed ML workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable ML systems and pipelines using Python.
- Take ownership of specific product components, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Lead deployment and orchestration of ML workloads using Kubernetes and containerization technologies (Docker, Helm, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, standards, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize ML models and workflows for production-scale environments.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance system efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized ML workloads.
- Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining ML systems at scale.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Ability to take ownership of product modules and drive them end-to-end.
- Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML lifecycle management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, MLOps practices, and performance optimization.
