Experienced WFM professional with over 2-8 years of hands-on expertise in workforce scheduling, capacity planning, and real-time management within BPO/Call Center environments. Proficient in Verint IEX TotalView, creating and managing intraday schedules, shift patterns, and agent adherence tracking. Strong understanding of call volume forecasting, shrinkage planning, and service level optimization.Proven track record in collaborating with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to drive workforce efficiency and ensure SLA compliance. Adept at analyzing performance data to make data-driven scheduling decisions, minimizing idle time, and enhancing occupancy/utilization.Skilled in using WFM tools (IEX, NICE, Genesys, Avaya), MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), and reporting platforms.
