Job Description

Role -

The BFS Leadership role is responsible for pre-sales, solutioning, consulting and driving transformation in solutions for Banking and capital markets globally. This includes applied experience in handling the entire sales process lifecycle, solution/new collateral design, bid lifecycle management, stakeholder management, estimation and pricing management.


Responsibilities -

  • Driving strategy for growing the Banking, Mortgage and Capital Markets book of business for Hexaware BPS.
  • Lead and manage pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations across various regions globally.
  • Develop Transformational AI used case and embedding these as part of GTM solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and collateral for Banking, Mortgage and Capital Markets.
  • Drive the end-to-end bid lifecycle management process, including opportunity identification, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in banking, mortgage and capital markets domains, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and sales enablement initiatives for the financial services and capital markets verticals.
  • Participate in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, building pipeline, and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven experience in leading presales/solutions teams from opportunity identification to successful conversions.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering innovative solutions that drive business value for clients.

Preferred candidate profile -

  • Postgraduate
  • 20+ years of extensive experience in the banking, mortgage and capital markets domains, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven ability in structuring proposals and commercial constructs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences and especially C-suite audiences.
  • Professional certifications or qualifications relevant to the financial services and capital markets domains.
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in a global, diverse environment.
