Role: Cloud HCM US Payroll

Experience: 9+years

Location: Remote

Work timing: US EST Hours

Job Description

Minimum 9+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Security and US Payroll.
Strong understanding of HCM Application Security frameworks and configuration.
Experience in defining roles, privileges, and security profiles in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), roles provisioning, and user access management.
Hands-on experience with HCM security audits and compliance controls.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) environments.
