Role Overview :
As an Analyst, you will support supplier enablement and procurement operations within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. You will work directly with suppliers to implement client requirements, facilitate onboarding, and ensure smooth process execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate supplier registration and onboarding activities.
- Conduct supplier training on the P2P process and tools.
- Provide timely reports, analysis, and updates to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve operational queries.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
- Support standard order and invoice processing within procurement systems.
- Work effectively in a global environment, including evening shift (6 PM 3 AM) support.
Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience in supplier management or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and issue resolution.
- Basic knowledge of P2P tools and processes (end-user functionality preferred).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving tasks to completion.
