Job Description
We're Hiring Salesforce Developers
Date : 01 NOV, 2025(SAT)
Location : KOCHI
Venue : Cognizant Technology Solutions - Infopark, Infopark Phase 2, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala 682030
Time : 9am to 6pm
Exp - 3 to 10 Years
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Implement and maintain SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates to leverage new functionalities.
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and development techniques.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in SFDC Customization including creating custom objects fields and workflows.
- Proficient in SFDC Integration with experience in REST and SOAP APIs.
- Expertise in SFDC Lightning including developing Lightning components and applications.
- Experience in the Retail Banking domain is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of data security and best practices in Salesforce.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
