We are hiring for Formulation & API - IPM Department .

Please go through the JD .

1. Patent landscapes preparation/review for USA, EU, CA, and Row markets.
2. Patent clearance or FTO evaluation on formulation strategies.
3. Patent filing and prosecution for India, US, EU and other countries.
4. Patent invalidations.
5. IP evaluation during product selections for USA, EU, CA & RoW markets.
6. Support to respond to IP queries from cross-functional departments.
7. Tracking concern patents and applications or periodically tracking new supplements.
8. Tracking patent litigations of Zenara drug products.
9. IP support to Regulatory team by providing Patent or exclusivity certifications and PIL evaluations.
10. Preparation of Global launch calendars across globe for critical drug products.
11. IP support during discovery stage of Patent litigations.
12. Preparation of NI and Invalidity notes and Attorney notes.
