Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to bank accounts, KYC, credit cards, and debit card issues
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate resolutions
  
• Maintain process KPIs including SLA, AHT, and quality standards
  
• Deliver excellent communication and service quality on every interaction
  

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in international voice process
Willingness to work in US shifts
