Responsibilities :

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent planning for the circle
Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and grievance handling
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes from hire to retire
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations
Support workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
Maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and reporting to central HR leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admin, Finance, Operations) to drive efficiency
Responsible for handling a team of Store HR, Area HR & Regional Recruiters.
