Job Description
- Lead account delivery of SAP Project Services and application support, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
- Strong SAP project and program management skills
- Oversee SAP AMS operations and project lifecycles including blueprinting, implementation, migration, and post-go-live support.
- Define and implement SAP delivery strategies, frameworks, and best practices across AMS and project services.
- Develop and implement delivery methodologies tailored to SAP environments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing escalations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with evolving business needs and transformation goals.
- Support account growth by identifying upsell opportunities, contributing to solutioning, and enabling successful renewals.
- Oversee cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, engineers, analysts, and vendors.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus within delivery teams.
- Mentor team members and drive performance through structured feedback and development plans.
- Drive operational excellence through proactive risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets, P&L, and resource utilization to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree.
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years in program/project delivery leadership roles.
- Proven success in managing multi-tower SAP engagements across geographies.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP certification and project management credentials (PMP, ITIL, Agile) preferred.
- Track record of growing business through strategic delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- This is a client facing role and will require hybrid working based out of Bangalore, India
