Job Title: Product Owner
Job Location: Madhapur - Hyderabad
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
Working days: 6 days (2nd Saturday Off)
Shift time: 10am 06pm
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead product strategy, design effective solutions, and serve as the bridge between business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, hands-on experience in product management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dive deep into market research and competitor analysis to spot opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand challenges and define product goals.
- Partner with tech and design teams to craft scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Build and manage product roadmaps (quarterly, half-yearly, and annual).
- Drive end-to-end product development, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Track performance, gather feedback, and continuously enhance the product experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 24 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in the software industry.
- Experience in e-commerce or quick commerce products is a strong plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
