Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, including hands-on contract staffing exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and current market trends.
  • Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Experience working with vendor management systems (VMS) or MSP programs is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
