Job Description

DGM Design Mumbai HO

The incumbent is responsible for monitoring the Design of project from start till construction stage by ensuring availability of design drawings, documents and specifications as per company standards. Prime responsibility will be to co-ordinate with Design Architects, Landscape consultant and Green building consultants. Co-ordination with internal Structural, MEP and Liaison teams as well as external consultants.

Technological Intervention and R&D

Applicants should be graduates B. Arch with minimum 12-18 years of relevant industry experience (Residential Real Estate). Should have knowledge of generative design scripting on Dynamo/ Revit/ CATIA like platforms. Additional qualification in project management would be good to have.
